[ICOM] Key Question

Is it a new key?   There is a new key that LOOKS like a canyon made by a
fellow from Belirus (I think that is the spelling).  It looks like the key
pivots on a big carriage wheel on each side (looks like an old cannon.)

Is this it?  Can you send a picture?

I recently obtained the heaviest and best feeling straight key I have ever
used or seen. I am using it on one of the PRO II's (yes, I really do use
that old CW mode) and the only information that I have on it is that it was
made by Cannon.

Has anyone ever heard of these?
