Hi Isaac,
Nice to hear from you!

I would, indeed, ship to Israel, but I have just sold the 765 you saw 
advertised.  It went almost immediately after I listed it.  I do have 
another 765--my own second rig (first is a 775) that I have been 
thinking about selling, so perhaps you would be interested in it. Here 
are the particulars.

It is quite a bit better than the one you saw listed (which was for a 
friend).  Mine is in MINT condition--not a mark anywhere--and was 
checked (no problems) and aligned by Icom last winter.  IF gain was also 
adjusted for best possible noise floor (signals now JUMP out of the quiet).

It has the 250hz filters installed plus the twin passband tuning mod. It 
is one-owner, VERY low hours, higher serial (23XX), never in a smoking 
environment, and comes with a brand new, unopened user manual as well as 
AC cord and original boxes/packing.

When I list it I will want $995 + shipping for it.  Air Parcel Post 
shipping to Israel would be $115, for a total of $1,110.  UPS Worldwide 
would be $300, for a total of $1,295.  FedEx International would be 
$270, for a total of $1,265.  Air Parcel Post does NOT provide tracking 
info; UPS and FedEx do.  So I recommend UPS or FedEx.
