[ICOM] Lamp replacement IC-275H

Folks I need some help and guidance in an effort to make this otherwise 
perfect rig perfect. The meter lamps have started going out, from  the 
left to right progressively, apparently one left operational. The rig 
was serviced at  Bellvue a little more than 24 months ago, at that time 
the middle segement appeared to be out, this was repaired along with 
replacement of finals and everything being brought back to original 
factory specs, ( even the too fast scan mode hi hi) .
