[ICOM] IC-745 + DEM transverter?

Thanks Frank,

Rather than buck ICOM's policy, I cancelled the transverter order and 
changed to a 28 Mhz unit. I was aware of the mod, and I just assumed ICOM 
would do the mod when I sent the radio in for service (it's there now).
