If the filter is not available from the mothership,
perhaps somebody could find one in Akihabara.
Just a guess, but the P/N 39M15B sounds as if
it might be a Murata filter.

Icom America had some very limited information on a few filters up to the 
FL44. They might have that information on the FL-29. Icom, Inc never 
provided much information on the filter specs to the distributors as no 
design was done beyond the factory so specifications were not required to 
repair a transceiver. You might email them at amateur at icomamerica.com
