[ICOM] FS: IC-740

Hi gang,

I have a very nice classic IC-740 for sale.  The Serial Number is 03843 
and the condition is as follows:  the front panel, meter, display, 
knobs, etc. are in mint condition (9+) with no scratches or blemishes, 
the top and sides have only a few very minor scuffs and scratches.  I 
would rank the overall condition excellent to mint considering its age.  
Electrically it is perfect will full output on all bands, and typical 
IC-740 (low-noise synthesizer) excellent receiver performance.

The rig was recently fully aligned and cleaned internally, and all new 
ICOM OEM cabinet screws used for both top and bottom covers.  The 
Compressor switch was also replaced, and I will include a brand new 
Compressor switch recently acquired from ICOM as a spare.

I am the second owner of the transceiver.  It includes the original 
Instruction Manual and schematics.  The IC-740 is fully stock without 
any additional filters and without the internal switch-mode power supply.
