You have recived a message like the following every month after you
joined this list. I suggest you look in your deleted message folder
for your message from the mail-bot, it has your password that you will
need to make ANY changes. If you can't find last months message just
wait and you will get a new one next month. Just as a note..... you
had to do several steps to sign up for this list, and you must follow
the instructions do unsubscribe. It is an automated process and it
works just fine if you follow the instructions.

Remember you are dealing with a computer/robot.  It only does what it
is told and it only will listen if you follow it's protocol..

prefer.  This reminder will also include instructions on how to
unsubscribe or change your account options.  There is also a button on
your options page that will email your current password to you.
