When the tuner light is on, doesn't that mean you have to press it so that
the tuner will tune.
Then you should have the transmit working!
I believe the tuner in the PRO2 is also not automatic on six meters. I have
my tuner set for manual anyway, so I always have to press the button if I
want the ATU to tune. (I use an external ATU to tune an Extended Double
Zepp which the ATU won't touch!)
That's what I do!

Thanks for the reply. I didn't know ant 2 port could be set for receive
(select ant 2 port and then hold same button in for a couple of seconds -
screen shows ant 2 /R).
Tuner light does come on with ant 2. When I hit ptt on mic or below power
button, squelch closes but still no trans or TX light.
