To all PW-1 owners;

I am researching for an article to be posted to my web site soon. As part
of my research, I wish to ask each of you some survey questions. Please
respond privately to my e-mail address;  kk5dr at ev1.net
I will not reveal the identities of anyone responding.
Below are the survey questions.

(1) What is the serial number of your PW-1?
(2) When was it purchased NEW ?
(3) Where did you buy it?
(4) During the time that you have owned your PW-1, have you had any
problems/failures?
(5) If you answered yes to #4, please briefly describe the problem, and how
it was resolved.
