Hi Larry,

Well,,,,,, Larry be right!!!!!!  One of the screws from when I removed the
hideous looking rack handles was binding it up.

Looks like I need to dig thru my Icom screw stash for shorter ones..'

Bass Guitar musicianthat is caused by having one of the screws for the rack
handles used instead of the shorter ones.  I would assume that you have no
rack handles and that the ones that are used to install them were used again
instead of the shorter ones.  I believe it is the one on the right but I
can't remember if it is the upper or lower one.
