[ICOM] Dreaming of the Perfect '706

Here is my list for the "perfect" ICOM IC-706.

Use of the IC-756PRO/PRO2 series of transceivers has spoiled me.  I want
digital filters!

A control relay output for controling a linear amplifier.

Perhaps a USB jack should be installed for interfacing the ICOM radios?
More and more computers are lacking the Serial ports needed for the ICOM
computer radio control.  USB might also alow the IC-706 to be updated by
downloading software.

Since my "dream" IC-706 has digital filters, part of it is computer - maybe
a software defined radio would be part of the "dreamscape" of my radio lust?

I think the RF-Unit in a box is perfect use of space.  Having a small visor
(or dashboard) mounted remote is wonderful.  However, perhaps the
interfacing with suitable antenna tuners could be improved.

Any other ideas in the hope that ICOM has a spy listening to this reflector?
