[ICOM] 756ProII No Transmit on SSB

Haven't used my ProII in a couple of weeks, has been perfect so far, now have no xmit on SSB. Receive is fine. Have output on RTTY but not CW, also have output on AM & FM.... checked all my settings and connections (I think) but no output on SSB, either on internal meter or external. 
Probably something simple I'm overlooking. Any suggestions??
