NO.
Having said that, ANYTHING is possible if you work at it hard enough.
The AH-1 was designed to work with the IC-730. And even then, it required
an additional circuit card installed in the IC-730.
NOTE: The AH-1 is not an automatic tuner. IIRC, you need to solder a tap
on the coil AND tune some manual tuned caps for each band. The lower freqs
were QUITE (not QUIET) narrow, but since I was living in Europe, so were the
bands when I had mine.
Once tuned. it would be OK for that band or part of the band, but nothing
else. Still, I worked the USA on 10-15-20 while riding around.
