[ICOM] ICOM and Alinco

I have a friend with an Alinco DX-70TH and he asked me to check it out 
for him...he doesnt yet have his ticket.    I noticed that to connectors 
on the back are the same as the ones on my ICOM 725 and in fact I used 
my ICOM power cable to fire it up since it was wired exactly the same.

There is an ACC plug on the Alinco with the same plug as the ICOM and I 
am wondering if I can just plug in my ICOM antenna tuner directly as well??
