[ICOM] ICOM 765 and Pin DIodes

I have two IC-765s here, one with the PIN diodes and one without. I have 
never been able to tell a difference and I do a ton of operating in high signal 
contest environments too. If I obtained a third IC-765 I doubt I would bother.
