But now there's a mod, which I think helps, to make the fan run at a
lower speed on RX to continue to cool the radio during RX times.
It would have been optimal to make this a menu option item, for those
of us who run our radios hard.

I use mine for DXpedition RTTY, PSK and SSTV.
