[ICOM] 706 Mark II G Life Cycle???

But how can they grow larger? I can barely find room for the detachable 
panel alone of my IC-706MkII, ain't no way I can get something bigger 
than that installed. And the way vehicles are today, it will probably 
only get tighter.

My Collins KWM-2 fits fine along with its power supply and room to 
spare, but that is in my '57 Chevy Convertible, lots of room left over 
and a good mix of vintage cars/radio.
