[ICOM] Programming IC-706 MKIIG Memories

Hey -- Happy Holidays!   I (not alone) am working on computer programming the 100 memories on the IC-706MKIIG ..  ic706.exe works, but no tone data.  On hand but as yet not tried is
RadioComm.  We would like to find the most simple that would also program the tones for repeater use.  Any suggestions?   What are others using?   Had Ø  success using ic706 program to get the tones installed. =/:?}
