[ICOM] MKIIG Transmit audio problem

Press and hold the Alt key then press on the keypad - 0 2 1 6

The leading zero must be included.

Then release the Alt key and the Ø appears.

The Num Lock light on the keyboard must be on.

It will not work using the numbers above the alphabetic keys, you must use
the keypad on the right.

It will not work without the leading zero. You must press all four digits  0
2  1  6 in sequence while holding down the Alt key.

This works in most of the basic alphanumeric fonts. The first 10 fonts I
tried, including script fonts all provided some sort of slashed zero with
this sequence.

It will not work with fonts like "symbol", "wingding", etc.
