GOOGLE is very helpful in a situation like this. I just did a search with 
keywords [G4FEV IC706 download], which are the words you expect to find on 
a page where his program would be currently found, and got 278 responses. 
Some of these might even have a more current version than the original one.

I find GOOGLE so useful I use it as my home page. www.google.com
