[ICOM] IC-706mk2g Memories

[Carl Moreschi]

My N4PY Icom program will allow the memories of the 706 to be saved to a
file and restored from a file.  And you can edit the file with any ascii
text editor or notepad.  See my webpage at www.n4py.com.
