[ICOM] 718 Receiver

I think that AM would be at 40 watts, but RTTY should
be at 100. I had this problem once with a 746, all of
a sudden it was only transmitting at 50 watts. Called
up Icom, and the service dept told me to check the
soldering on the end of the power cord where it
attached to the PS-as I had an Astron PS and had
soldered ring lugs on each end. I did that, and
resoldered both, and it worked fine after that.
Sounds like that is not a problem with the Icom supply
as the cord is wired into the supply, but it is just a
thought.
