[ICOM] 718 Receiver

Andy, I am not all that familiar with the 718 but was wondering if there is
a way the transmit is locked in the AM or RTTY mode?
Probably not so but, it sure sounds as if it is somehow locked on the 1/2
power level often found on 100 watt radios when in the AM, FM, RTTY mode.
