[ICOM] Pro III and RTTY

They are programmed the same as the CW memories. I work a lot of RTTY and
am not sure if I will ever use the decode and tx memories for RTTY. It is
so easy to just open MMTTY on the PC and from what I can tell the MMTTY
decoder may be a tad better than the one in the PRO

Makes me want it even more. Maybe in a couple of
years. I assume the memories are programmed the same
way as the CW memories are, with the different
vertical keys.
