[ICOM] 756 ProII vs ProIII

If the NB actually works on taking out noise-heck
yeah!  Wish Icom could make NB like they did in their
older gear, or how Yaesu did in the FT100D.  I am not
sure the NB in my 756 does much of anything other than
add IMD products if the band is crowded.
