[ICOM] RE: Alliance HD-73 rotor bulb

If you dont want to mess with a bulb that will burn out again use a
resistor.
I did this to a HD73 I was using several years ago.
I cant remember the value but seems like about 100 ohms.
You can use a small pot to find the value of resistor you need then replace
it with a fixed value resistor.
