[ICOM] IC-2KL: No 40 Meter Output

Hi
My IC-2KL works on all bands except 40 Meters.  On 40 as soon as I key and
start to drive the IC-2KL the protection circuit kicks in.  I put an ohm
meter across the output coax connector to measure the resistance on a
working band.  Upon keying the amp (with no drive) on the working bands I
see a few ohms.  On 40 meters when I key the amp (again no drive) I see no
change in the infinite resistance.  So I am guessing that the relay is not
operating, or the relay contacts are bad or one of the components in the LPF
are open.

I am getting ready to open the LPF up and start to trouble shoot. If anyone
has already been there and can offer some hints for repair I would like to
hear from you.  I am working from a schematic as I could not find a service
manual anywhere. How do I identify which are the 40 meter components?
