[ICOM] Insert for BP3 battery pack

Steve... I always wondered that myself.
I have no idea, but would guess it is a temperature device...thermistor or
thermo-switch.
Perhaps to limit charge current, or safety protect if there were a short.
Eh, they sound like good guesses, don't they??
