[ICOM] New Mods Site

I think there is something else going on here.  I clicked on the link
above and get the page and get the option to get the mods but NO MODS are
shown.  It's like there is something else going on.  Java scripts etc,
which I notice making little banners at the bottom of the page.  Perhaps
I have that blocked in my Internet security setup but I don't need to do
anything else on other pages.   

So, the answer is not a simple one.   There is some problem in the
configuration of the site and for some of us trying to view it.
