[ICOM] New Pro III - Hold On Guys!

Were it designed correct the first time, like Yaesu hf rigs, then you
wouldn't have to lose a ton on money on your obsolete rig like I did on a
706. This constant update (bug fixes?) every year is getting old. Looking
more and more like a money making scheme for Icom.
