[ICOM] 781 Filters?

Hi Bill,

The IC-781 comes with a full set of filters. The SSB filters are the
FL-90/FL-96; the single option slot is factory-fitted with an FL-102 6 kHz
AM filter. The FL-100/FL-52A (500 Hz) and FL-101/FL-53A (250 Hz) CW filter
pairs are also factory-fitted. All filters except the FL-102 are solder-in.

In my IC-781, I replaced the FL-96 with an FL-44A (for improved PBT
operation and adjacent-channel selectivity) and the FL-102 with an FL-223
(1.8 kHz SSB) for a "narrow SSB" setting.

Cheers for now, 73,
Adam VA7OJ/AB4OJ

Subject: [ICOM] 781 Filters?

Hi All,

What would be the best overall filters to install in my IC 781? (the
optional ones).

Numb fingers won't let me run CW but I can still copy it in my senior head..
