I was thinking this might happen one day.  So whenever I see a must-have 
web site full of good info, I rip a copy of the web site onto CD.  I 
used Acrobat and set it to download the entire site onto CDROM as a 
PDF.  I realize that this doesn't catch any new additions, but I can at 
lead check back once/month and selectively d/load them if I want, then 
just accrete to the big document.  looks like approx 170mb or so.
