Smaller antennas???  A 160m antenna less than 50 ft tall, with full
efficiency and 50 ohm feed.  My 781 has never been on 160, no room for a
decent antenna.  It this is true....

I don't mean to start a long thread here, but just give you something to
look at.  Every one of our ICOM radios would benefit from better antennas.
