[ICOM] 756ProII and PW1

Anecdotally, I can report I've done it many ways over the last couple of
years, and everything's still working FB! I wouldn't worry about the order
at all. I've had the radio on and later turned on the amp for various
reasons - There's no problem with that.
Now, when you're setting up the communication between the two for the first
time, there's a prescribed order to that in the manual. 73 - John, WA9ALS
