[ICOM] Programming the IC-W32A

I have not tried to program memories on my PRO, but I think it will work if
your software has the ability. The other thing you can do is allow the
software to store the frequencies in computer memory and just tell the
computer to change the frequency just like it was stored in the radio.
BTW I'm using LOGic7.
