[ICOM] New information on IC-756Pro III page

If I may ask your indulgence for a second cross-post:

I have received a limited amount of technical information pertaining to
technical and performance enhancements in the IC-756Pro III, and have added
this material to the  new IC-756 Pro III page on my site.

The information is still preliminary and may be somewhat speculative. I
anticipate receiving somewhat more substantial data after Tokyo HamFair
(21-22 August 2004).
