[ICOM] Re IC765 No Transmit

I have had good results soldering them.  Desolder the plated holes.  Slip a
thin strand of wire through the hole and solder it on both sides anchoring
it well to the board on both sides.  Then resolder the rivet for extra hold.

Yes, it takes time.  But you can do it yourself.  Or you can pay someone
shop-rates to do it for you.
