[Icom] Icom 706mkIIG fan modification

Thanks to Ernie, W3EH and Ken, VE5KC for
your responses to my query.  I have printed
off the info and pics from the http://svc.cc/706
site.

I still would like to know if this mod is also
appropriate for the IC-106 Mk II as well as
the later "G" version.
