[Icom] Re: 706MKIIG Problem

 Just got my new 706MKIIG Saturday.  Turned it on and made a QSO to check it
out and setup the menus.
Used about 1 hour yesterday.
This morning it would not turn on.  No power at all.  Check all the fuses
and they are ok. The unit was disconnected from antenna last night.  No
storms in the area last night.  When I connect the HF antenna to it, the rig
does click like relays are clicking then stops. Have a IC-718 setting next
to it and it works fine this morning off the same antenna and power supply.
HELP!!
I hate to put that much money out and something dies on me. If anyone has
any ideas please let me know. I know I can send it back to ICOM but that
takes weeks.
