[Icom] Marine 402 MMSI unlock

Thanks Mac,

I already tried that.  My only option is to have a dealer do it or send =
it
to ICOM.  My radio was just in to ICOM for repair, but apparently my =
request
to reset the MMSI didn't make it to the technician.  I'm trying to fix =
it
without losing it for another month.
