[Icom] 775 CIV commands for selecting VFO A and VFO B

The Icom 775 uses non-standard commands for selecting VFO A and VFO B;
they are not documented in the 775 manual, the Icom CI-V manual, or Ekki
DF4OR's site. I remember it taking an hour of trial and error to
discover these commands, but I didn't write them down, the software I
was using then is long gone, and the radio went back to Icom years ago. 

Does anyone have these commands?
