Sandy, you may have installed or updated your email
software and its SPAM protection is putting your mail
in a "junk" or "trash" folder.  If this is the case, you
must open your email program and look in that "junk"
folder.  If your mail is there because your incoming
settings are set to "exclusive" you will have several
options.  1) Set your mail to accept ALL,  2)  Leave
it at exclusive, but check the junk regularly for  NEW
senders that are okay, add those senders to your
"allowed" list or add them to your address book,
and then delete the SPAM.
