Thanks for your insight.  The obvious work
around is for the sender/software to segment 
the membership list into blocks below the 
"AOL" threshold.  However, this is another 
fine example of our RIGHT of free association 
being trampled upon in the name of protecting 
the innocent from abusive spammers.
