[Icom] IC 775DSP Display Backlighting

Re-solder all joints on the display and display driver boards, re-seat all cables too.  
A treatment of "De-oxit, or Pro-Gold" would not hurt either. 
Re-torque all the screws holding the boards, and insure all ground paths are clean and secure.
