[Icom] Introduction of the IC-7800

You guys can't get the 7800 now, and you shouldn't spend that much money
anyway.  However, you could buy my PW-1 for $3800, put it with your PRO, and
have a heck of a KW transceiver!  (1000W full duty cycle)  You can tell your
wife that you are being frugal by buying a used PW-1 instead of a 7800!
