A lot of products such as this are "tuned" during assembly, using
asymmetrical fastener torque (and other assembly tricks) to achieve
isolation specs when final testing is done on a network analyzer. Taking
them apart for cleaning will often "un tune" them. I've witnessed this in a
production environment.
