[Icom] Found a problem.

I refuse to use switchers of any brand after (initially) using an Icom PS85 -
unbelievable crud from that thing confirmed by ARRL tests.  Yeah, I finally got
my $$ back after a *lot* of runarounds.  On this specific item, Icom was in
complete denial.  Dealing with computer switcher, etc. garbage causes enough
headaches without having to fix one running the radio too.
