[Icom] IC-207H Problem

i had this problem with my ic-2100h and it only happened in the presence of 
high power hf transmission (100w) and the to stop the radio from tx'ing i 
had to remove the power

My wife's IC-207H, about 6 years old, has developed an intermittent
problem. Occasionally, when she press the PTT on the microphone
(Standard HM-98 that came with the radio) the radio sticks in TRANSMIT.
The one touch PTT function is turned OFF.
I have only gotten it to do this once. The mic PTT Light did not stay
on, and unplugging the MIC did no good, had to power cycle the radio to
clear.
I plugged another MIC (HM-77 from my IC-2000H) in for the time being
to see if the problem keeps happening.
Anyone else seen this or have any ideas where to start looking?
