[Icom] Coax for AH-4

I ran about 30 feet of RG-8X from the front table of my camper underneath
the trailer to the spare tire holder where the AH-4 is mounted for portable
use. I also extended the control cable with somewhat heavier wire the same
distance.

Good results!
