A US amateur with 5wpm Morse qualifications has, in effect, full operating
privileges in Canada.

RIC-2 specifies maximum occupied bandwidth per channel in each band, not
sub-band by emission type. The RAC band plan is purely voluntary, and has no
regulatory binding force.

Bruce, I look forward to working you SSB on the low end of 40m when you
visit Windsor! My Pro II runs just fine down there. (That gets the topic
back on Icom.)
